Had a incredible stay at Frenz and highly recommend you do the same! Hosts greeted me personally upon arrival. Airbnb was clean and comfortable. Britney was responsive and incredibly helpful in knowing the local area as well as gems around the island. The drivers were friendly and respectful. As a solo traveler I felt safe and welcome. I’m so glad I stayed at Frenz and enjoyed the wonders of St. Lucia :)

I cannot rave enough about our stay. My husband and I planned two weeks in St Lucia with the first being in this wonderful Airbnb to experience Soufrière and its attractions. We couldn’t have made a better decision. Brittany made us an itinerary for a perfect stay which was essential to our experience. Our taxi drivers, Shaneboy, Wilton, and Aedan were phenomenal with adding to our experience and making sure we got where we needed to go. Shaneboy’s taxi service really eased any stresses we had of comfortably navigating the area. We met many local people and learned very interesting island information that beat staying at a resort. The stay was clean, fun, and we would 100% come back. Well worth the price for such amazing hosts and work put in to make our trip magical. Stay here!!!! And then come back!!!

Britney, our contact during our stay, was a wonderful host & great with communication. She connected us to a driver, made dinner reservations and booked a water taxi. She even gave us a heads up that there was a national holiday the next day, which meant many places would be closed except for the restaurants on a list she provided us. The space was cozy & clean, and the location perfect for exploring not only the nearby natural attractions — Tet Paul hike, mud bath, waterfalls — but the wonderful fishing village of Soufrière, where we fell in love with the people and the culture. Freedom Monument may be found in humble surroundings but it pays tribute to the epic legacy of liberation here on the island.

What an amazing stay! We extended an extra night as we loved the area and our Airbnb so much. Clean, modern and the bed super comfortable. We immersed ourselves in the local culture, heading into town and said hi to the locals who were warm and friendly. We got water taxis to sugar beach and anse chastanet beach, all kindly arranged by our host, Britney. Both beaches amazing! We did the volcano, sulphur spring and waterfalls. All within minutes of Frenz! Our welcome on arrival was personal and professional and this continued throughout our stay. Sad to leave! Ps we had an amazing meal at Treetops Restaurant. A little more expensive but worth every penny. Go!

Jose and Britney was super amazing hosts. They helped us prepare for our trip by helping us arrange our rental car. When we came, they walked through the airbnb and also what it around. They helped us with our reservations and arranging activities. They provided in depth recommendations and answered every of our questions. They were very responsive before and during our stay. We cannot recommend them enough!

This place was awesome! My girlfriend and I stayed for a week, and Britney was amazing at helping us in every way! The location is within walking distance to everything in Soufrière and Britney sets up taxis and water taxis for excursions to beaches, hikes, etc. We highly recommend booking with Frenz!

We had an amazing few days at this apartment. One of the best we have stayed in. Brilliant communication throughout and Britney could not have been more helpful. We ate in many of the local restaurants including Felicity, Voila, Sea Shells and Marie’s Place, all offering fantastic food. From the apartment we walked to the botanical gardens with hot sulphur spring bathing and the diamond waterfall, just beautiful. Britney organised a tour for us to the volcano and mud-baths which was an amazing experience. If you want a real taste of what this stunning island has to offer, getting out of the resorts and staying here is perfect. We feel blessed to have met so many wonderful people. Thank you Britney and team!

Britney and her team were amazing, responsive, and provided us top notch service! She gave us helpful deals, tips, and recommendations that made our stay enjoyable. The property itself is clean, convenient, has beautiful view of the island, and very well located in Soufriere. Highly recommend this Airbnb for your next stay in Soufriere!

Incredible stay at Frenz! The best Airbnb host we have ever experienced - extremely helpful both before and throughout the holiday. Britney was brilliant - she acted like a dedicated concierge for our trip, giving us recommendations and organising trips, taxis and itinerary suggestions. The Airbnb was brilliantly located - easy to walk into central Soufriere, as well as being super close to all the Soufriere attractions. Honestly - we couldn’t recommend Frenz enough!! A must-stay when visiting Saint Lucia.
